Let me start by sharing a wee bit about myself with you. I have always had a real passion for innovation, technology, tourism and helping people. I also love a gadget and always carry two mobile phones, hence my ‘two phones Su’ nickname. That’s probably way too much detail…oops!
I am so lucky to have a career that over the last 20 years and counting… has combined all these passions and I have met some amazingly talented individuals along the way. My various roles have always had the same core principle at heart: helping individuals and businesses to identify, use and get the most out of digital technology.
One of the work highlights for me this last year was the opportunity to revisit my role as an account manager in the digital tourism industry. New Mind | tellUs is where I spent a wonderful 6 years of my career from 2006 to 2012 working with and helping to establish an account management team for their growing tourism client base.
When Richard and Andy from New Mind | tellUs* approached Teepee Digital to see if we could help them with an account management gap they needed to fill, we were delighted to be able to help. The role was on a contractual basis looking after a very important number of clients, providing digital account management help and support in person, via video call, conf call, email and phone.
