Meet Su & Caroline — Your Teepee Digital Team
Su’s the Account Director who enjoys a great project plan and loves a factory tour (yes, she’s a bit geeky like that). Caroline, Marketing Director, Google Ads guru and thrives on crafting campaigns that make your budget work harder than your morning coffee! Together we’re big fans of 90s dance tunes keeping the vibe alive.
We drink copious amounts of tea and vimto while smashing goals, sharing biscuits, and really getting to know what makes your business tick. At Teepee Digital, Su and Caroline keep things simple, personal, and fun… because the best strategies come from truly understanding you.

Su – Account Director
Su Brown-Kenna is a co-founder at Teepee Digital marketing agency that helps small businesses shine online. With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and destination promotion, Su blends strategic thinking, creativity, and hands on know how to deliver impactful, people focused results.
Before Teepee Digital, Su held senior roles at digital web agencies in the North West and a leading edge internet consultancy in Liverpool, working closely with tourism, hospitality, and cultural organisations across the UK. From small independents to national brands like Visit Britain, Su has helped countless businesses embrace digital transformation and thrive in a competitive online space.
Su holds an MSc in E-Business and Innovation from Lancaster University and a BA (Hons) in Tourism from the University of Central Lancashire. Earlier in her career, she supported regional growth and tech adoption through roles at East Lancashire Partnership and the Lancashire & Blackpool Tourist Board.
Su thrives on collaborating with people. Whether she’s leading a campaign, hosting a community event, or supporting a client’s next big move, she brings positivity, energy, and purpose to every project.
Outside of work, Su enjoys travelling, comedy, music, and spending time with friends. She also runs a boutique gift and clothing shop in Trawden, Lancashire, where she channels her love of retail and often organises fashion shows that bring the local community together.
Su’s approach is grounded, warm and collaborative making her not just a marketing expert, but a trusted partner for businesses ready to grow.
Caroline – Marketing Director
Caroline’s been living and breathing digital marketing since before Instagram was even a thing (yep – she’s that experienced). With over 18 years in the game, she’s got serious know-how in eCommerce, marketing strategy, and online advertising. After earning both her Degree and Masters (back when flip phones were still cool), she kicked off her career at MyTravel, crafting dreamy destination content that made everyone want to book a holiday ASAP.
Next up? She joined a sporty eCommerce brand as an Online Marketing Executive, flexed her skills, and quickly levelled up to Online Marketing Manager at a UK-wide retail company. Not stopping there, she became eCommerce Manager at a global healthcare giant. Basically, if it’s online and needs selling, Caroline’s your woman.
In 2015, she made the bold leap from in-house to agency life, stepping into a Digital Marketing Lead role. She thrived – managing big campaigns, helping all kinds of businesses grow, and joining the Senior Management Team. Then, in 2017, she and her partner-in-marketing-crime Su decided to break away and build something of their own. And just like that, Teepee Digital was born!
These days, Caroline’s all about Google Ads and technical SEO. She’s your go-to for clever campaigns, Performance Max wizardry, and smashing ROI goals like a boss. Got a question about ads? Just ask – she genuinely loves this stuff.
When she’s not powering up client campaigns, you’ll find her hiking through the hills (rain or shine), playing football for the local women’s team, dancing at gigs, or chasing after her two mini adventurers.
